We still write a fair amount of code by hand. Agents aren't always right, and they sometimes produce ugly or redundant code that needs to be caught and rewritten. We step in when the agent is spinning out on something, going in circles trying to fix the same error. In Gleam that happens a lot less than what we've seen in dynamic languages.
